Cell phone repair shop software, from drop-off to invoice.
From the moment the device is dropped off to the moment the invoice is paid, Atlas L1 has you covered: repair tickets, parts ordering, appointments, and repair updates sent automatically to the customer and to their own tracking page. A POS, real tools, a device comparator, a calculator for the right price, IMEI tracking. Built by a repair tech, for repair techs.
The repair ticket
The customer drops off their phone, you open the ticket: photos of the device, its condition on arrival, the customer's signature, and an unlock code that is encrypted, then erased as soon as the ticket is closed. The ticket follows the phone until it goes home, from diagnosis to waiting on a part, and the whole team knows where it stands.

The right model, every time
Over 3,000 models already in the catalogue: iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, Motorola and many more. A phone you've seen before is recognised by its IMEI: no duplicates, and its whole history in one place.
Parts: inventory built for pros
Order from Celltro and MobileSentrix without leaving Atlas: add parts straight to the ticket, with a cart right on your dashboard. Always keep an eye on your orders.
When parts arrive, scan them into the Inventory module, designed from the experience of a former operations specialist: KGB, KBB, DOA, allocated, de-allocated. The jargon real specialists already speak. Inventory software for pros.
The POS
The repair ticket comes to the till with its prices already in. Add a case, a tempered glass, a charger, and ring it all up at once. An easy sale, and a bigger average ticket.
Square, Stripe, Helcim or Revolut terminal, Interac, cash, store credit: take payment any way you like.

Phone and computer diagnostics, included
No more paying for a separate subscription to test devices: the testing tools are built into Atlas.
For iPhone and Android: battery health and cycles, display, touch, dead pixels, buttons, cameras, microphone, speaker, Face ID and Touch ID, sensors, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, storage wear. And above all, what protects you at the counter: iCloud or Google lock, carrier lock, MDM, rooted or jailbroken devices, non-genuine parts. Crash logs are read and explained.
For Windows PCs: processor, memory, disk health, battery and charger, keyboard, display, sound, USB ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, blue screens and hard shutdowns, Windows 11 compatibility.
The report, signed and verifiable, goes with the ticket. Included from the Pro plan: one less testing subscription to pay for.
Customers always in the loop
A text when the part is ordered, another when the phone is ready. Customers follow their repair on their own tracking page with their ticket number, get their drop-off slip and your warranty by email, and can book online.
At the counter, the kiosk lets them fill in their details and sign themselves. Time saved, happy customer.
Sell phones too
Your customer can't decide between two devices? The comparator puts them side by side on their tablet, under your brand, and settles it in thirty seconds. Included from the Start plan.

What about computers?
Atlas L1 handles cell phones and tablets just as well as computers of every kind: laptops, towers, all-in-ones, Macs. One piece of software for the whole shop.
What you save
Shop management software, a POS, device diagnostics, an appointment tool, a comparator: subscriptions you only pay for once, in Atlas L1, at a flat price per shop and never per employee.
Frequently asked questions

Not necessarily. Every payment solution is welcome, and Atlas will keep growing to offer what you need. Stripe, Helcim and Revolut are already on board.
